Young Devon is recruiting for a motivated, conscientious worker to join our Supported Housing team in Ilfracombe. You will lone work with young people aged 16–25, delivering holistic support to access benefits, manage finances, health and wellbeing, accommodation, and education or employment opportunities.
You will also take an active role in building management, overseeing health and safety checks, and providing sign-posting for additional needs with a person-centered approach.
