Young Devon is seeking a dedicated Youth Work Coordinator to lead the Voices to Be Heard project from our Exeter base. This is a fixed-term, 15-hour-per-week role ending 31 March 2027, with a pro rata salary of £29,757 per year.
You will coordinate delivery across schools alongside Youth Workers and school staff, creating safe, engaging spaces where young people can explore gender roles, relationships and identity and shape their futures.
