Permanent Contract - Based in Plymouth, Exeter or Newton Abbot.
Salary: £29,031.24 per annum pro-rata.
Hours: between 22.5 and 30 hours per week (to be agreed at offer).
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Data Systems Coordinator. This role will coordinate the maintenance and reliability of systems used for data capture, impact monitoring and reporting in projects across the organisation. You will provide support and training to staff throughout a project’s life cycle and have a keen interest in using data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Python) to improve data efficiency.
You will also play a key role in helping us review the effectiveness of our data capture and analysis, creating long term improvements that will empower staff in effective real-time decision making.
Within this role you would be responsible for:
- Maintenance of systems to ensure data reliability and efficiency of data capture.
- Support the development of systems to meet the strategic vision for data capture.
- Support the provision and development of robust and reliable impact monitoring.
- Ensure staff are skilled at accessing and working with data.
