Do you believe in the power of relationships to help young people find their voice, build resilience, and shape their future? LIFT – Listen. Inspire. Forward. Together (formerly In‑Reach) has won the 2024 Young People Now Award and is looking for a Project Manager to lead our award‑winning youth work service. Delivered in partnership across Devon, LIFT connects youth workers with four major hospitals to support young people with their emotional wellbeing, resilience, and transition back into the community.

Through a relationship‑based, trauma‑informed approach, we help young people feel heard, recognise their strengths, and build confidence to move forward positively. We are seeking a creative, resilient, and values‑driven leader who can motivate and support a skilled youth work team, strengthen partnerships across health and community services, and ensure young people and families receive high‑quality, young‑person‑led support.

The role will lead the development, coordination and delivery of the LIFT service, ensuring strong partnership working, effective project management, and a safe, responsive offer for young people. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop an innovative county‑wide service that supports admission avoidance and discharge from hospital, helping to reduce readmissions and improve outcomes for young people across Devon.

We welcome applications from people with lived experience and those with transferable skills and experience. We are not able to offer sponsorship for overseas candidates.
