The predicted salary is between 23492 - 23492 £ per year.

Salary – £23,492.04 per annum, pro rata. Part‑time (20 hours per week). Permanent Position in Barnstaple and Ilfracombe.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for cleaning our North Devon Supported Housing Projects, undertaking 20 hours per week on a rolling rota in the properties.
  • You will ensure the communal areas of the premises are kept clean and tidy, in accordance with health & safety requirements, and support with cleaning of individual rooms when residents have moved out.
  • Hours can be flexible to suit the desired applicant.
