We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the recruitment of mental health nurses and support workers across our services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce coordination. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to fast-paced, meaningful work that directly impacts the quality of care we provide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing candidates for roles including mental health nurses and support workers
  • Using internal systems and databases to identify and engage suitable candidates
  • Learning how to headhunt and proactively approach talent
  • Posting job adverts across multiple job boards and platforms
  • Generating referrals through engagement with existing staff
  • Supporting the booking of shifts and filling urgent staffing gaps
  • Assisting with the coordination of staff rotas (full training provided)
  • Building relationships with candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process
