Location: Nationwide (homes will be sourced and set up around successful candidates, you will be required to work in the home)
Salary: £60,000 basic (negotiable on experience) + excellent bonuses and incentives

Role Description
This is a full‐time on‐site role for an OFSTED Registered Manager at a new Children's home. The Registered Manager will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the children's home, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards, developing and implementing care plans, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for the children. Additionally, the role involves liaising with external agencies, managing budgets, and ensuring all records and reports are up to date.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills, with experience in supervising and managing staff
- Knowledge and experience in child development, trauma, and attachment theories
- Ability to develop and implement care plans and therapeutic models
- Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Budget management and administrative skills
- Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or Children's and Young People's Services level 5 or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role within residential child care
