Are you a senior Mental Health Nurse ready to step into a highly visible leadership role at the forefront of crisis care for children and young people? We're looking for a Clinical Services Lead to join the Young Crisis Hub; a specialist service supporting young people with complex mental health needs.
This is a pivotal role combining senior clinical oversight, safeguarding leadership and governance, with the opportunity to deputise for our Group Head of Governance, Quality.
- Ideally CAMHS or crisis settings
- Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, clinical governance and CQC frameworks
- Able to manage complexity and risk in high-pressure environments with confidence
- A compassionate, trauma-informed leader who holds both people and standards to account
Salary: £45,000–£55,000
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri with on-call responsibilities
Location: Hackney Wick (2 days in-office/site visits, with flexibility)
