From neon‑lit crazy golf and shuffleboard to packed terraces, 4 buzzing bars and 4 distinct service styles throughout, The Tivoli is all about creating experiences people talk about long after they leave, or wish they'd come out to be a part of. We want someone with personality, confidence and real presence on the floor. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced atmosphere, loves hosting, and knows how to build energy in a venue that feels alive from open to close. You’ll lead from the front, inspire the team, and help create the kind of atmosphere where every shift feels like the best night out in Cambridge. As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the business forward, developing the team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across food, drinks, events and games. We’re looking for someone ambitious, hands‑on and genuinely passionate about hospitality, with the attitude and charisma to match The Tivoli’s vibrant personality.
