We are on the lookout for experienced Assistant Managers (or perhaps GMs from other parts of hospitality) to join one of our pubs as an assistant manager with a view to developing them towards General Manager. 70% of our General Manager appointments are internal candidates, and we have a fantastic track record of helping people grow throughout their career.

We're looking for people who have experience in hospitality at Assistant Manager level or above to work in our individual, differentiated businesses across London. You can have real impact on the business – all of our menus are written in house and the offer is tailored entirely to each pub's customers – we have AA rosette pubs, late night venues with DJs, community pubs – where the offer, the food, the drinks, the uniforms, the cocktails, the styles of service are all completely different.

You’ll be someone that thinks big (and small), can spot opportunities to raise the bar and be passionate about developing yourself towards General Manager and having a long career in hospitality.
