What you\'ll be doing:
As our Assistant Manager , you\'ll play a vital role in the management team - helping to lead shifts, support the crew, and deliver a fantastic experience for every guest.
- Running bar and floor shifts with energy and attention to detail
- Coaching and supporting team members to deliver top-notch service
- Helping with opening/closing, cashing up, stock, and daily compliance
- Getting involved in events, seasonal campaigns, and ideas to keep the pub thriving
About you:
- You\'ve got management experience in busy pub or bar environments
- You\'re passionate about food, drink, and brilliant service
- You lead by example and bring positivity and calm to busy shifts
- You\'re organised, reliable, and looking to grow your career in hospitality
