Young Citizens is looking for a Programme Leader to join our Education Team as we embark on an ambitious new phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity to help deliver inspiring programmes to schools across the UK while developing the skills, experience and confidence to build a successful career in the social impact sector.
Designed as a two-year development opportunity, this role is ideal for someone early in their career who is ready to take ownership, develop their leadership skills and make a tangible impact.

The purpose of this role is to provide transformative citizenship programmes, enabling young people to become active, engaged and informed citizens.
You’ll methodically lead a large network of schools to take part in our programming and help us roll out strong system updates along the way.
You’ll drive the impact of our programmes by delivering programmes on the ground that are high-quality, engaging and continually improving, shaping the citizenship experiences we create for young people.
Alongside this, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with schools in our network, supporting long-term engagement, contributing to the growth of our programmes and helping schools maximise the impact of our work.
