Young Citizens seeks a Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow income and partnerships with corporates, trusts and major donors. You’ll steward senior relationships, develop compelling fundraising propositions, and manage the end‑to‑end income process from outreach to proposals with an impact mindset.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy, increase reach, and scale impact while maintaining strong programme alignment and financial sustainability.
