The Senior Membership & Development Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering Young K&C’s strategic support for member organisations, which are local voluntary organisations working with children and young people in Kensington and Chelsea.
The aim of the role is to work with Young K&C members to develop their organisations to deliver best practices in working with children and young people.
The Senior Membership and Development Manager will ensure that Young K&C delivers high-quality projects, training, and capacity-building support for our members. This includes managing projects and personnel, as well as providing strategic advice and support to members.
We are seeking someone with experience in leadership and management within local children and youth services, organisational development, and project management. A strong understanding of Playwork, Youth Work, and/or Supplementary Education is essential.
