The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient team player with excellent communication and people skills. You will have experience of building and line management, community engagement and a keen interest in the arts and youth sector. We are currently undertaking a major expansion of our building which means that this is an exciting time to join a dynamic organisation with a strong, committed team working towards the delivery of a culturally and socially driven mission.

Full-time Hours of work: 40 hours a week
28 days holiday per annum

Location: Paddington Arts, 32 Woodfield Road, W9 2BE

The role of the General Manager is to take responsibility for maintenance and improvement of the building; for timetabling internal and external bookings so that we can prioritise Paddington Arts programme, at the same time enabling maximum use of the building for community groups and professional companies. In addition, the General Manager is responsible for other areas, as listed in the Job Description.
