We’re currently on the lookout for a dynamic, Diploma-qualified Assistant Centre Manager to join our fun, friendly, and supportive team in our Western Sydney Region.

What will you do?
- Play a vital role on the Centre leadership team, supervising & mentoring other educators.
- Leverage the latest research to design rigorous, differentiated, inclusive educational programs in line with The Early Years Learning Framework.
- Showcase innovation and creativity to make YA the top choice for local families.
- Follow Centre policies & procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations.
- Promote positive behaviour & maintain a safe, healthy environment for the well-being of staff, children & stakeholders.
