YouMeSushi is one of the UK’s fastest-growing quick service restaurant (QSR) sushi brands, with over 30 locations across London and ambitious plans to triple our estate over the next three years. We are on a mission to become a true household name, and marketing is at the heart of that journey.
The Role
You will own and drive the full marketing function, from brand building to performance marketing, working closely with leadership and alongside an in-house designer. You will be someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
- Brand and Growth Strategy
- Develop and lead a national marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and store expansion
- Build YouMeSushi into a recognised household name across London and beyond
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, in-store, and packaging
- Digital and Performance Marketing
- Own and optimise paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) to drive online orders and app usage
- Manage website performance, SEO/SEM, CRM, and loyalty initiatives
- Track and improve key metrics including acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and ROI
- Local Store Marketing (LSM)
- Develop scalable marketing toolkits for store-level execution
- Support store teams in driving local awareness, footfall, and delivery sales
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand presence across all locations
- Social and Content
- Lead social media strategy and content across platforms
- Deliver campaigns that build brand affinity and cultural relevance
- Define and evolve YouMeSushi’s tone of voice
- Franchise and Field Marketing
- Act as the key marketing partner to store operators
- Visit locations, build relationships, and ensure campaigns are effectively executed
- Balance local flexibility with overall brand consistency
- Leadership and Team Development
- Manage an in-house designer and lead day-to-day marketing execution
- Build and scale the marketing function over time
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Tech
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership
About You
- Proven experience in QSR, food delivery, or multi-site retail marketing
- Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns and scaling brands
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, and results-driven
