The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design across our Partners & Merchant Enablement area. You’ll own discovery and end‑to‑end solution design for partner and merchant journeys, working closely with a Senior Product Manager and multiple engineering teams. This role suits someone who enjoys high autonomy, thrives in complex B2B fintech environments, and can translate technical and commercial needs into simple, effective product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, research, and problem framing for partner and merchant workflows
- Redesign key journeys, including partner dashboards and the merchant application flow
- Create adaptive, data‑driven experiences that improve conversion and reduce operational friction
- Work with Product and Engineering to define strategy, scope work, and deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Translate technical, regulatory, and commercial constraints into usable, scalable interfaces
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Commercial, and Marketing to deeply understand user needs
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and help elevate design quality across teams
- Use data, research, and product judgement to prioritise effectively and challenge assumptions
The ideal candidate will have the following skillset
- Experience designing B2B products, ideally within fintech or financial services
- Strong track record with complex workflows and multiple user types
- Figma expertise
- Excellent product and commercial awareness
- Hands‑on experience running research and leading discovery end-to-end
- Comfortable operating as the sole designer in a product area
- Strong systems thinking, UI fundamentals and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance user, technical and commercial constraints
- Experience with conversion optimisation, partner ecosystems, or API-driven platforms (highly desirable)
