The RoleTo meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are hiring a Partner Implementation Specialist. We seek a technically minded individual with a strong bias to action, excited about leveraging technology and design to deliver meaningful business outcomes for YouLend, our partners, and their merchants.
As a Partner Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver market-leading solutions for YouLend\’s existing and future strategic partners. You will work cross-functionally with our Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless partner deliveries, enhancing both merchant experience and revenue.
Requirements
Reduce project delivery times by supporting partners and internal teams with all aspects of their deliverables
Oversee implementation of new and existing partner solutions, working directly with project managers and software engineers
Provide best practice delivery advice to partners
Present collateral, detail integration options, and explain technical integrations and merchant journeys to partners
Solve technical challenges in current processes and address partner questions
Ensure stakeholder awareness of responsibilities and alignment on timelines
Support YouLend teams in scoping and encouraging further implementation work
Identify and implement improvements in technologies and processes
Essential Skills
Experience in a partner or client-facing role
Successful track record in delivering software/SaaS integrations or launching new products/features
Strong technical understanding and experience working with software engineers
Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
Team player with a low ego and proactive attitude
Empathetic and collaborative approach to partner problem-solving
Desirable
Commercial mindset ensuring value in integration work
Interest in making an impact within a fast-paced organization
Experience leading projects across various organizations
Understanding of FinTech, payments, or related industries
