We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team at YouLend. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the finance function, assisting with key transactional and reporting processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming queries in the finance inbox promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with reconciling bank accounts and identifying discrepancies or missing transactions.
  • File and process supplier invoices accurately into the accounting software, ensuring proper authorisation and coding.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams gaining exposure to different parts of the business.
  • Maintain orderly and compliant financial records and assist with document filing.
  • Assist in the year-end and annual audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide assistance to the wider finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
