Our software enables partners like eBay, Amazon, Just Eat, Shopify, and Stripe to offer flexible, branded financing solutions to their merchants - without putting capital at risk. Backed by leading private equity firm EQT, YouLend has grown 100%+ year-on-year since 2020. We are looking to expand our Marketing Team and hire a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to communicate our brand proposition and messaging through Design. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in designing marketing assets across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and commercial stakeholders to bring ideas to life, ensuring brand consistency across all channels – whether that’s on our website, social media, events, PR, collateral, Figma demos or sales decks/pitches. The role will sit central in the small but mighty marketing team, becoming the design brains and muscle of the growth function. We will rely on you to take ownership and evolve our brand identity as the leading global embedded financing platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design Deliver Assets – Create marketing materials including social media assets/infographics, email banners, landing pages, presentations, and ebooks.
- Evolve Visual Identity – Own and refine YouLend’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and safeguarding brand guidelines.
- Web Digital Experiences – Collaborate with the design team and website manager to improve our website and digital journeys through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Print Event Collateral – Produce brochures, flyers, posters, and other print-ready materials to support events and campaigns.
- Commercial Support – Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for sales and partnerships.
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign objectives.
- Asset Management – Manage the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system to keep creative assets organised and accessible.
- Vendor Partnerships – Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver event and campaign assets.
The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Marketing Designer, ideally in a marketing or commercial team.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience creating marketing assets for both digital and print.
- Ability to design engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Has an interest in overall marketing strategy and the fintech space.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with video editing and animations.
- Experience driving growth for B2B companies.
- Experience with direct mail.

- Award-Winning Fintech: YouLend has been recognised as a “Top 250 Fintech Worldwide” company by CNBC.
- It’s just getting fun: We have developed powerful solutions, won some significant partnerships, and are growing at a rapid pace. But the global opportunity is still massive, and YouLend is a raw organisation where we are only just getting started.
- Lots of upsides: High-growth (100% growth during 2022 and 2023), so clear outlook to compensation (bonus or share option appreciation) and career growth (through growth with business).
- Well-capitalised with supportive private equity backing.
- Part of Banking Circle Group with a fully licensed Luxembourg bank, which can provide a balance sheet and support European expansion in otherwise complex regulated markets.
- Motivating work environment: A high-quality team that pushes each other to succeed through direct feedback and aligned incentives. Strong and transparent team culture, we have each other’s backs. Independent work environment where results matter. Data-driven culture and emphasis on speed (anti-red tape).
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Stock Options, Private Medical insurance via Vitality and Dental Insurance with BUPA, EAP with Health Assured, Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave, Modern and sophisticated office space in Central London, Free Gym in office building in Holborn, Subsidised Lunch via Feedr, Deliveroo Allowance if working late in office, Monthly in office Masseuse, Team and Company Socials, Football Power League / Paddle and Yoga Club.
