Youlend is looking for a results orientated Collections Executive with native or near native French fluency to join our multi-geo Collections and Recoveries team. In this role, the candidate will be the primary point of contact for our France based portfolio as well as servicing the UK sector. They will ensure timely payments whilst maintaining positive and professional relationships that YouLend is renowned for.
Responsibilities:
- Collections and recoveries understanding (customer contact strategy awareness)
- Provide first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying merchant
- Case management of high value accounts in arrears across varying and unique circumstances
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and create ad hoc letter and email content with high levels of care, awareness and accuracy
- Build positive relationships with our merchants to validate their circumstances and resolve with a positive outcome for both YouLend and the merchant
- Negotiate, implement and execute positive solutions with merchants' circumstances in mind, while balancing the best interests of the business
- Strong communication skills, accuracy and confidence
- The ability to deal with a variety of challenges, innovate and think on your feet
- Business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit with real enthusiasm for helping SMEs
- Data input - accurately inputting data across multiple systems
- Experience within the finance industry is advantageous
