Als Sales Team Lead führst du ein Team von 6–10 Account Manager:innen. Du bist nah am Tagesgeschäft, arbeitest mit deinem Team an Deals und sorgst gleichzeitig dafür, dass Struktur, Pipeline und Performance stimmen. Am Ende geht es darum, dass dein Team konstant liefert – und sich gleichzeitig weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • FĂĽhrung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 6–10 Account Manager:innen
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Trainings zu Themen wie Einwandbehandlung, Pitching und GesprächsfĂĽhrung
  • Steuerung und Optimierung der Sales-Pipeline deines Teams
  • Sicherstellen der Erreichung von monatlichen Zielen (Funding & Conversion)
  • Analyse von Performance-Daten und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Kundeneskalationen und komplexen Fällen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung von Sales-Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise mit kurzen Sales-Zyklen
  • Erfahrung in der FĂĽhrung oder im Coaching von Sales-Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen, KPI-getriebenen Umfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis von Pipeline-Management
  • Analytische Denkweise und GespĂĽr fĂĽr Performance-Trends
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
