We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team at YouLend. The successful candidate will support the day‑to‑day operations of the finance function, assisting with key transactional and reporting processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all financial records. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming queries in the finance inbox promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with reconciling bank accounts and identifying discrepancies or missing transactions.
  • File and process supplier invoices accurately into the accounting software, ensuring proper authorisation and coding.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with cross‑functional teams gaining exposure to different parts of the business.
  • Maintain orderly and compliant financial records and assist with document filing.
  • Assist in the year‑end and annual audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide assistance to the wider finance team with ad‑hoc projects and tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyse and manipulate financial data effectively.
