Als Junior Account Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du im deutschsprachigen Sales-Team und bist täglich im Austausch mit Unternehmer:innen, die über unsere Partner eine Finanzierung beantragt haben. Du begleitest sie durch den gesamten Prozess – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abschluss – und sorgst dafür, dass sie schnell und unkompliziert Zugang zu Kapital erhalten. Dabei betreust du deine eigene Pipeline von Kund:innen und arbeitest aktiv daran, Finanzierungen erfolgreich abzuschließen. Die Position richtet sich an Kandidat:innen aller Altersgruppen, deren Qualifikationen und Motivation zu den Anforderungen passen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Unternehmen, die eine Finanzierung beantragt haben
  • Täglicher Austausch mit Geschäftsinhaber:innen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Erklärung unserer Finanzierungslösungen und Begleitung durch den Antragsprozess
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle notwendigen Informationen fĂĽr die Finanzierung vorliegen
  • Nutzung unserer internen YouLend-Systeme sowie der CRM-Plattform HubSpot zur Bearbeitung der Anträge
  • Aufbau und Management deiner eigenen Sales-Pipeline
  • Fokus auf erfolgreiche AbschlĂĽsse und hohe Kundenzufriedenheit

Dein Profil

  • Interesse am Einstieg oder an der Weiterentwicklung im B2B‑Vertrieb
  • Zielorientierte, motivierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Klare und ĂĽberzeugende Kommunikation, insbesondere am Telefon
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Selbstorganisationstalent
  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
