Description
Youlend is looking for a results orientated Collections Executive to join our multi-geo Collections and Recoveries team. In this role, the candidate will be a primary point of contact, servicing the UK sector. They will ensure timely payments whilst maintaining positive and professional relationships that YouLend is renowned for.
Key Responsibilities
Collections and recoveries understanding (customer contact strategy awareness)
Provide first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying merchant
Case management of high value accounts in arrears across varying and unique circumstances
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and create ad hoc letter and email content with high levels of care, awareness and accuracy
Build positive relationships with our merchants to validate their circumstances and resolve with a positive outcome for both YouLend and the merchant
Negotiate, implement and execute positive solutions with merchants' circumstances in mind, while balancing the best interests of the business
Data input - accurately inputting data across multiple systems
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong communication skills, accuracy and confidence
Be highly reliable, organised and adaptable
Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data
Insolvency knowledge
The ability to deal with a variety of challenges, innovate and think on your feet
Business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit with real enthusiasm for helping SMEs
Experience within the finance industry is advantageous
