YouGov is seeking a strategic and creative Visual Brand Lead to shape and evolve our global visual identity. This role will be responsible for ensuring our brand is expressed consistently, creatively, and effectively across every touchpoint, helping strengthen YouGov's market position and global reputation.

Working closely with Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems, creative campaigns, and scalable design frameworks. You'll lead a global team of designers, champion creative excellence, and drive innovation in how our brand comes to life across digital, social, campaigns, video, and internal communications.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do:

  • Brand & Creative Leadership
    • Own and evolve YouGov's global visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels and markets.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and creative assets.
    • Translate brand strategy, messaging, and positioning into compelling visual frameworks and creative concepts.
    • Define and lead YouGov's visual approach to video, motion design, and social-first content.
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure visual identity supports business objectives.
    • Use brand performance insights and market trends to inform creative direction and brand evolution.
    • Ensure creative output reinforces YouGov's positioning and differentiates the brand in a competitive landscape.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of graphic and motion designers.
    • Provide creative direction for major brand campaigns and strategic initiatives.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across marketing, digital, social, and web teams.
    • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners where required.
  • Brand Governance & Operations
    • Champion brand consistency across all markets and touchpoints.
    • Deliver training and guidance to teams on brand application and visual best practices.
    • Drive operational excellence through scalable design systems, automation, and AI-enabled creative tools.
    • Continuously improve creative workflows, processes, and production efficiency.
