Here’s a summary of the role: As the Junior Marketing Manager at YouGov, you will support the UK Field Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include managing strategic Brand Activation with a focus on Events, Partnerships, and Account-Based Marketing in the region. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth, enhancing marketing operations in the UK and Ireland. This is a hybrid role, so individuals must be able to commute to the London office at least 2 days a week.
This is a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Increase awareness of YouGov’s brand and leading products & services across the UKI, our primary region and second-largest market, using tactical marketing activities.
- Take ownership of YouGov UK’s events program, from meticulous planning and execution to comprehensive reporting and strategic optimization.
- Play a pivotal role in developing and executing the Account-Based Marketing strategy in the UK to increase revenue and share of wallet.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial and research teams to understand objectives, priorities, and key accounts.
- Support the wider marketing team in launching, maintaining, and optimizing the UK’s content marketing program across 15 priority sectors, including reports, articles, and rankings.
- Continuously monitor metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent UK Field Marketing on a regional and global stage, developing internal positioning and driving advocacy throughout the business.
