Are you passionate about driving ethical business practices and managing third-party risk? We’re looking for a Compliance Manager – Third Parties to help ensure YouGov works only with trusted partners and operates in full alignment with anti-bribery, fraud, and sanctions regulations.

In this role, you’ll shape how we assess, onboard, and monitor third-party relationships—supporting risk-informed decisions and working closely with our Procurement and Legal teams. You’ll also act as a risk business partner, helping teams across YouGov manage and mitigate potential legal, financial, and reputational risks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building robust compliance processes, influencing ethical standards, and collaborating across global teams.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week in the office. We support your work-life balance with a mix of in-office collaboration and home-based productivity.

Regrettably, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, so you must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Third-Party Compliance Program Development

â—‹ Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive third-party compliance framework.

â—‹ Establish policies and procedures for evaluating and monitoring third-party compliance.

  • Vendor and Partner Due Diligence

â—‹Conduct risk assessments, background checks, and due diligence on thirdparty entities.

â—‹Evaluate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Monitoring and Auditing

â—‹Perform regular audits and assessments of third-party compliance practices.

â—‹Address and remediate compliance gaps or violations identified during reviews.

  • Regulatory Adherence

â—‹Ensure third parties comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, Bribery Act, FCPA).

â—‹Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update third-party compliance protocols accordingly.

â—‹Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships, including cybersecurity, data protection, and operational risks.

â—‹Maintain a risk register for third-party entities and prioritize mitigation actions.

○Work closely with the departments allocated to you on their responsibilities under the company’s risk register. 6. Training and Awareness.

â—‹Provide training and resources to third-party entities to promote compliance awareness.

â—‹Collaborate with internal teams to educate stakeholders on third-party compliance risks, developing and delivering a global training programme both online and in person.

  • Incident Response and Investigations

â—‹Investigate incidents involving third-party non-compliance or breaches of contract.

â—‹Develop and oversee remediation plans to address compliance issues.

  • Reporting and Governance

â—‹Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies as needed.

â—‹Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of thirdparty compliance initiatives.

These are the essential you will need to get an interview:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or vendor management, with a focus on anti-bribery, third-party due diligence, risk assessments, and supporting procurement processes
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in compliance management tools and platforms

  • Excellent problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to complex challenges
