YouGov PLC is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate to lead day-to-day corporate legal work across the group, reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary. This in-house role will partner with the Board, executives and Finance on MAR, AIM, M&A and governance.
Based in London with hybrid working, this is the first dedicated in-house role in corporate law, offering breadth, responsibility and scope to shape the function within a fast-moving listed data and AI business.
