How to prepare for a job interview at YouFibre

✨Know Your Wi-Fi Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of Wi-Fi technology, especially the 802.11ac and 802.11ax standards. Be ready to discuss how you would troubleshoot connectivity issues or optimise network performance, as this will show that you understand the technical side of the role.

✨Communicate Clearly

✨Show Off Your Problem-Solving Skills

Prepare some examples of past experiences where you've successfully diagnosed and resolved technical issues. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers, making it easy for the interviewer to see your analytical abilities in action.

✨Be Ready for Practical Questions

Expect questions that might require you to demonstrate your hands-on skills, like assembling an Ethernet cable or conducting a site survey. Practising these tasks beforehand will help you feel more confident and show that you're ready to hit the ground running.
