Field Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: Hertford Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K); £250 a month car allowance; business travel paid.

What you will be doing:

  • You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
  • You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
  • You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
  • Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
  • You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

  • You have a full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
