Field Sales Manager
Reporting to: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Gravesend / Thurrock
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 basic salary
Realistic year one: £80,000 OTE
Car allowance: £3,000 per annum
Business travel expenses paid.

The Job
- Leading the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area
- Responsible for the delivery of your area KPIs, in line with the business goals
- Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to create the sales plan for your area to ensure your team achieves these KPIs
- Recruit a quality team capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
- Autonomy to manage your headcount to achieve your targets, in line with the budget, always thinking of ways to increase efficiency and reduce cost
- Coach and manage your team to sell full-fibre broadband and affiliated products, primarily to the residential market
- Reviewing your team performance daily, coaching to ensure they maximize sales
- Ability to close sales via door-to-door selling
