Reporting to: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Ashford, South East
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Base Salary: From £35,000 per annum
Uncapped monthly commission (Realistic OTE £70,000)
£250 a month car allowance

The Job:
- Leading the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area
- Responsible for the delivery of your area KPIs, in line with the business goals
- Work alongside the Territory Sales Manager to create the sales plan for your area, to ensure your team achieve these KPIs
- Recruit a quality team, capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
- Autonomy to manage your headcount to achieve your targets, in line with the budget. Always thinking of ways to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Coach and manage your team to sell full fibre broadband, and affiliated products, primarily to the residential market
- Reviewing your team performance daily, coaching to ensure they maximise sales
- Ability to close sales via door to door selling
The Essentials:
- A full UK driving license
- Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
- Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
