  • Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

What you will be doing:

  • You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
  • You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
  • You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
  • Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
  • You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

  • You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
  • You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.

  • Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
