Overview
Door to Door Sales – Weston Super Mare / Bristol (OTE £50K)
Location: Bristol area, covering the Bristol region. Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. Base salary from £25,000 per annum with uncapped monthly commission (OTE £50,000) and a £250 monthly car allowance. Business travel paid.
Responsibilities
- Embrace door-to-door sales as the primary focus, engaging directly with residents to promote and sell our packages.
- Build and manage your own lead pipeline and guide prospects through to conversion.
- Collaborate with your line manager to demonstrate the benefits of YouFibre to residents in your area.
- Foster relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders.
Requirements (The Essentials)
- You’ll be located within a 30-minute drive of the location.
- Hold a full clean UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.

No industry experience? No problem. Full training will be provided. This role is suitable for sales representatives, sales executives, retail managers, energy/utility sales professionals, charity fundraisers and others with relevant experience. Your safety is a priority; we have a lone worker app to support security while you’re in the field. The company will provide iPads for the app as part of onboarding, and location tracking is enabled while on the clock.
