Shifts: 4 on, 4 off - days and nights
We’re looking for an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead a shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You’ll be responsible for delivering production targets safely, on time and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role on the shop floor, managing people, performance and standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and supervising a production team
- Delivering KPIs across safety, quality, output, waste and yield
- Managing attendance, performance and conduct
- Driving daily production plans and resolving issues in real time
- Ensuring compliance with food safety / GMP standards
- Maintaining accurate production and performance records
- Supporting continuous improvement activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience leading teams in manufacturing, food, FMCG, warehouse or similar
- Strong people management and performance management skills
- Confident managing absence, conduct and day-to-day ER issues
- Comfortable working to KPIs and production targets
- Good IT skills (production systems / reporting)
- Resilient, practical and visible leader
