We are an award-winning home care provider that offers affordable home care solutions for adults and the elderly who prefer to stay at home. We provide services ranging from a few hours of visiting care to 24/7 live-in care. We are looking for Care Assistants to fill our vacant positions in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Our Care Assistant role involves working with Service Users aged 18 to 65 and above, providing companionship, personal care and medication assistance. Working for You & I Care, you share our core values of Caring, Compassion and Improvement.
Job OverviewTo provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Senior Care Assistant. To support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual. To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge.

- Be a role model for other Care Assistants and be an ambassador for the service.

- Understand the regulatory framework that governs the service, including the role of CQC and their requirements.
- Commit to achieving the relevant qualifications commensurate with the role.
- Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by management.
- Understand and follow all policies and procedures relevant to the role.
