We are expanding our Product & Customer Success team with ‘impact-driven’ roles in sustainable travel. The relationship between our product and our customer’s success is the reason we exist. Understanding visitor travel, its operational, commercial, and environmental impact is central to this role. Reporting to our Head of Product & Systems Integration you will help our customers deploy YST to best effect whilst identifying challenges and feeding back ideas that can increase our impact and our customer’s return on investment in sustainable travel demand management.
‘You. Smart. Thing.’ (YST) is the leading travel demand management platform for destinations, venues, and live events. Our map‑based travel assistant service enhances visitor experience & increases revenues whilst reducing the disproportionate carbon footprint created by travel. YST helps organisations achieve sustainability ROI by providing personalised low‑carbon travel plans for visitors that incentivise behaviour change. Live events account for as much as 80% of transit‑based emissions. This is why we focus on the sports, music, cultural, conference, and hospitality sectors. Our approach is measured but there is a sense of urgency about helping our clients accelerate their journey towards net zero and beyond.
As a Product & Customer Success Manager at ‘You. Smart. Thing.’ your primary responsibilities will be:
- Managing live deployments via our HubSpot deal pipeline
- Ensuring that customer success actions are accurately recorded and scheduled for completion
- Directly engaging with customers to resolve issues, address queries, and coordinate regular catch‑up sessions
- Support in the onboarding process of new customers
- Assist in the administration of live projects, including file management, meeting scheduling, and project plan management
- Add to and update customer‑facing product information pages
- Support the maintenance of the product backlog by adding new requirements identified during product and deployment review sessions
- Assist in capturing new product requirements and ensuring suitable prioritisation
- Triage and allocate service desk issues to ensure appropriate allocation to EPICs/release numbers
- Contribute to the development of UI/UX designs for product enhancements
- Attend and contribute to regular sprint planning, grooming and prioritisation sessions
- Perform quality assurance checks on individual issues and new features whilst in our staging environment
- Conduct regression testing to ensure Q/A prior to scheduled production releases
About You
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant workplace experience
- Project management experience/certification an advantage
- First‑class degree or equivalent
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and numeracy skills
- Tech savvy (we use Microsoft Office 365 on Macs)
- Demonstrable passion for environmental sustainability
