Join our dynamic team and drive impactful initiatives while supporting your commercial colleagues in a diverse, live events focused marketing role. Our marketing strategy aims to balance creative flare and detail-oriented administration to communicate the ‘You. Smart. Thing.’ (YST) value proposition through impactful engagements and activations across a range of markets and live events sectors.

The Marketing Manager role necessitates coordination across a range of tools and disciplines: from image creation and video editing, to WordPress and social media management, campaign coordination and CRM. As YST’s Marketing Manager you will apply your creativity, people skills, and natural cross-platform communications ability as an extension of our commercial team. You’ll lead coordination of YST's direct and indirect marketing channels, including key trade events and strategic marketing relationships, monitoring effectiveness and lead attribution.

‘You. Smart. Thing.’ (YST) is the leading travel demand management platform for destinations, venues, and live events. Our map-based travel assistant service enhances visitor experience and increases revenues whilst reducing the disproportionate carbon footprint created by travel. A 30% cut in transport carbon emissions by 2030 equals about 16% of required atmospheric decarbonisation for climate stability. It’s a crucial step we can take now. YST helps organisations achieve sustainability ROI by providing personalised low‑carbon travel plans for visitors that incentivise behaviour change. Live events account for as much as 80% of transit-based emissions. This is why we focus on the sports, music, cultural, conference, and hospitality sectors.

Whilst our approach is measured, there is a sense of urgency about helping our clients accelerate their journey towards net zero and beyond. Our platform and founding relationships were developed in the UK. We’re operational in Europe, North America, and Australia with roles available in each market.
