Our senior management team and marketing partnerships require detail-oriented administration to manage engagements, business affairs, and activations. This diverse role necessitates coordination across a range of business management systems, from the Microsoft Office suite to social media platforms, resource management and accounting software. You will apply your gift for organisation and natural ability with people across our internal departments, with a focus on marketing coordination, and externally across YST’s supply-chain partnerships.
About YST (You. Smart. Thing.) YST is the leading travel demand management platform for destinations, venues and live events. Our map-based travel assistant service enhances visitor experience and increases revenues whilst reducing the disproportionate carbon footprint created by travel.
Why It Matters A 30% cut in transport carbon emissions by 2030 equals about 16% of required atmospheric decarbonisation for climate stability. It’s a crucial step we can take now. YST helps organisations achieve sustainability ROI by providing personalised low-carbon travel plans for visitors that incentivise behaviour change. Live events account for as much as 80% of transit-based emissions. This is why we focus on the sports, music, cultural, conference and hospitality sectors.
EA Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedules and appointments of senior management
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Help implement YST’s workflow and HR management processes
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence
- Arrange travel and accommodations for senior management
- Provide administrative support, including document and digital asset management
- Handle communications on behalf of senior management
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Marketing Administration Responsibilities:
- Help deploy marketing strategies and campaigns
- Oversee social media account management and content curation
- Coordinate marketing events, both virtual and in-person
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform marketing strategies
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as PDFs and newsletters
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Maintain the marketing database and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners
About You – Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant workplace experience
- Project management experience or certification an advantage
- Degree qualification or equivalent
- Excellent written, verbal communication and numeracy skills
- Tech savvy – we use Microsoft Office 365 on Macs
- Demonstrable passion for environmental sustainability
