A future-focused brand experience agency has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Creative Producer to join the company. The role is available due to growth. The company is dedicated to a people-first focus and it is not uncommon to walk to your desk in the morning to find a bunch of flowers or a box of chocolates, just because! With a focus on creativity and operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the company’s creative first approach to production, making significant contributions to our award-winning experiences.
Responsibilities:- You’ll lead on the creative production of your projects, working alongside the rest of the project & client experience teams to ensure our clients' requirements are met, as well as our creative vision.
- You will oversee a variety of projects with the ability to switch between brand installations, experiential activations and digital experiences seamlessly, ensuring production budgets and timelines are approached with a composed, flexible and positive attitude when creatively problem-solving.
- You’ll deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and collaboration, internally and externally.
- You have excellent supplier communication and negotiation skills, with an established ability to manage multiple work streams.
- You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, recognising the importance of its strategic objectives as well as ensuring the commercial outputs are achieved.
- You have a relentless attention to detail.
- You have a genuine interest in emerging technologies and integrated trends.
- 5+ years relevant experience is desired, however this does not have to be with another brand experience agency.
- This role will be 3 days minimum in the office so please ensure you are a commutable distance if you are interested in the role.
