An established food production and distribution business in East Kent is growing its leadership team and seeking a hands-on Section Leader to support its high-volume distribution operation.
As Section Leader, you'll be leading a team of Multi-Skilled Operatives (MSOs) in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent service levels, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and support your team to meet productivity targets
- Motivate team members in a performance-driven environment
- Work with planning and production teams to meet delivery schedules
- Maintain high standards in Health & Safety and food handling
- Act as deputy for the Distribution Shift Manager when required
