We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Customs Coordinator to join our clients friendly team in Ipswich. If you’ve got a couple of years’ experience working in an office environment, strong admin skills, and a desire to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.
Hours - Monday - Friday 0900 - 17.30 office based position.
What does it involve?
- Managing shipment files through the customs process
- Completing import customs declarations
- Handling and checking key documentation
- Communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Supporting with invoicing, queries, and port health checks
About you:
- Office experience and strong admin skills
