Location: This is an onsite role, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm near their site situated not far from Margate, Kent.

What does the role involve?

  • Delivering 1st and 2nd line support to end users across desktop, network, and business systems.
  • Managing helpdesk tickets and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware and software.
  • Setting up and removing user accounts in line with company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate asset and support documentation.
  • Participating in a weekend support rota (typically 1 in 4).
