Are you a commercially-minded Business Analyst with a passion for improving end-to-end processes and delivering measurable business value? This global, product-led organisation offers a vibrant, fast-paced environment focused on innovation, efficiency, and continuous development. Due to internal movement, they are seeking a Business Analyst to join their collaborative team and take ownership of a key process stream.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll join a high-performing team of professionals committed to transformation and optimisation. While you’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments, you’ll take full ownership of a specific business process — leading its review, redesign, and implementation to ensure it drives commercial and operational success. Your role will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with scalable solutions, enhancing data quality, improving workflows, and enabling better decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the roadmap of change initiatives for your assigned process area, working within a collaborative team environment.
  • Lead the review and redesign of end-to-end business processes, identifying areas of inefficiency and driving scalable, commercially-aligned improvements.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, evaluate commercial impact, and translate insights into actionable deliverables.
  • Act as a key liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Use data analysis and market insight to influence process design and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and working groups to align stakeholders and secure buy-in for proposed changes.
  • Oversee integration testing and UAT, including test planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides to support process adoption and performance tracking.
  • Continuously monitor and refine your process area, using feedback and KPIs to ensure sustained business value.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven record of owning and improving business processes from start to finish.
  • Strong commercial awareness – able to evaluate and articulate the business value and ROI of process changes.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM/data platforms.
  • Experience in customer data governance and its role in business process success.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while working collaboratively within a wider transformation or business systems team.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – confident working with both senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Skilled in gathering business requirements, creating process maps, writing user stories, and defining test criteria.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Business Analyst certifications (e.g. BCS, IIBA) are a strong advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel within Europe as needed.
