We are a national provider of social Netball with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and social integration through netball. Due to our expansion we are looking for a driven and dynamic Events and Training co-ordinator to help grow and support our national network of weekly leagues. This is a hands on, field based leadership role focused on visiting our existing events, launching new leagues, onboarding umpires, maintaining brand standards and strengthening relationships with venue partners Benefits β Autonomy and flexibility in your role β Career growth opportunities in a fast growing organisation β A supportive and passionate team environment β A chance to directly impact the growth of community sport Key Responsibilities β Travel to existing leagues to ensure a smooth operation and provide on the ground support. β Lead the successful launch of new leagues β Induct new umpires ensuring they deliver consistent quality and uphold our brand values. β Monitor and enforce brand standards across all venues, events and personnel. β Build strong, professional relationships with current and prospective venue/facility partners. β Reporting back on any challenges to improve overall service delivery and performance. Experience β Previous experience in operations across the sports/leisure industry is a plus but not essential. β A natural people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. β Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule β Highly organised, proactive and with attention to detail.
