We are a national provider of social Netball with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and social integration through netball. Due to our expansion, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of 'You Play Netball' leagues.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, in particular on the telephone, be great at problem solving and be able to think on their feet, as the role will cover all administrative tasks including coordinating with customers, umpires and venues.

The main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Registering new customers onto our automated website and assisting current customers.
  • Communicating with our customers by both telephone and email.
  • Regular liaison with current umpires and aiding in the recruitment of new umpires.
  • Sourcing and negotiating bookings with new venues to ensure that our sessions run in key locations.
  • Ensuring our bespoke in-house online CMS is updated on a daily basis.
  • Responding to email queries.
  • Adhoc tasks to support the Head of Department.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:

  • Great telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Job Type: Full Time

All applicants must be able to commute to our Head Office in Warwick.
