This is a management role. As a Field Care Supervisor you will act as the vital link between office management and community‑based care staff, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and compliant care for Service Users.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and auditing care.
- Conducting risk assessments.
- Reviewing care plans.
- Introducing new carers to Service Users.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct spot checks to ensure adherence to company standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Assess new Service User needs, develop personalized care plans, and conduct regular reviews of care packages.
- Act as main point of contact for field staff, providing mentorship, support, and on‑the‑job training.
- Organise initial home visits, introduce Carers to Service Users, and work closely with Care Managers and Senior Carers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with on‑call duties to resolve staffing issues or emergency situations outside office hours.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Previous experience in the care industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team under pressure.
- Understanding of care regulation.
Essential:

- Driving licence and access to a car.

- Level 3 qualification in care.
