Reporting into our Head of Client Services, we’re looking for a savvy & strategic social media manager to join us. This person will have a finger on the pulse and is brimming with enthusiasm and energy, ready to challenge the agency and our clients with what’s possible in the world of social. As this role is part of an integrated agency, often social forms part of a larger project or campaign which means you will be integral to the delivery of mixed media campaigns for clients.

We’re a close-knit team and the work is different every day, so you’ll need to be well versed in bringing brands to life through effective organic social strategy, reactive content production, influencer strategy and management, daily channel and team management and content planning. We’re not shy over here, so we are looking for someone comfortable to challenge the status quo, dive deep on cultural moments, and find opportunities in the social space while maintaining client accounts and projects with your team. You will work across several challenger and established brands in our client portfolio such as pet grooming products, chocolate bars and FMCG brands looking to get social.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role with a client-facing agency, with expertise in social media
  • Experience developing, leading and executing social media strategy, particularly on Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience crafting influencer marketing campaigns and managing influencers and UGC creators
  • A portfolio of strategy, content and campaigns that demonstrate your thinking, creativity, client management and results
  • A passion for culture and content, and an ambition to help brands get and maximise the power of social

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging organic social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn mostly
  • Champion social media marketing to our portfolio of clients and work with integrated campaigns to maximise impact
  • Lead social strategy, planning, project management and day-to-day management of social projects across a portfolio of clients
  • Develop creative strategies for new social accounts and develop unique social personalities, with flexibility in the type and style of content and copy
  • Work with our Senior Account Exec to manage monthly content schedules, ensure content is gathered, created, and scheduled on time
  • Form and manage key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Confidently understand audience, competitor and market research to identify insights and strategically advise clients on social media
  • Manage and review monthly and end-of-campaign reports to ensure accurate data and informative insights, optimisations and next steps are identified and applied MoM
  • Research and evaluate the latest industry insights, trends and techniques to stay ahead of the game, and experiment
  • Be proactive in recommending improvements to increase performance
  • Set relevant KPIs and targets according to the client's business needs
  • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
  • Participate in new business opportunities to help drive the growth of the social media offering in the agency
  • Manage the finance and billing of your products per the agency's finance systems and processes
  • Support the account management team with ad-hoc creative and strategy projects as needed, both from a client service perspective and project management perspective
  • Have a passion and curiosity for marketing, comms & creative work that makes a real difference to a business
